We’re Open!
We’re officially back in lockdown, however we are pleased to announce that the property industry will remain open for the full duration.
Safety is paramount to us and we will endeavour to do virtual viewings as often as possible. We have spent the last several weeks filming our entire portfolio, which will allow us to provide video walk-through tours to anyone interested in viewing the available rooms in our house / flat shares.
We’re still allowed to do physical viewings, however we want to limit this during lockdown. When physical viewings do go ahead, we will continue to follow all necessary safety precautions as set out after the previous lockdown. These include:
- Only one viewer allowed inside the property at the time
- Both the viewer and our letting agent wear face masks
- Our agent will also wear a face shield
- The viewer will be asked to hand sanitise upon entry
- Temperature taken at the start of the viewing
